Where parents have an issue that they wish to discuss, the first point of contact is the class teacher. In occasional instances where the issue cannot be resolved, the Head of Year would be the next member of staff to be involved. From there, matters are referred to the PYP or MYP Coordinator, the Vice Principal, and finally, the Principal. Parents are asked to respect this channel of communication and seek resolution to any issue by following this protocol.
The main channel of communication between school and parents is through the Orison Portal. The Orison portal is also being used for sharing the weekly communications from teacher, important notice/circulars, and student progress report. The Orison App can be downloaded onto mobile devices from the Apple or Play Store.
