Where parents have an issue that they wish to discuss, the first point of contact is the class teacher. In occasional instances where the issue cannot be resolved, the Head of Year would be the next member of staff to be involved. From there, matters are referred to the Deputy PYP Coordinator, the PYP Coordinator, the Head of Primary and, finally, the Principal. Parents are asked to respect this channel of communication and seek resolution to any issue by following this protocol.
The main channel of communication between school and parents is through the Orison ERP portal, a two-way communication system between parents and the school, enabling parents to send and receive emails from the Principal, class teachers and other school staff. The Orison ERP can be installed as an Application on the mobile devices via Apple Store and Play Store. After admission, parents will receive their user ID and password to enable access to the system.
